“The natural tendency of any group is to turn focus inward, focusing on the “insiders” and ignoring the “outsiders”. Jesus’ life shows us that His supernatural tendency is to bring the outsiders in, and calls us to do the same. We have been taught that if you believe like us, talk and think like us, behave like us, then you can belong with us. Jesus came along and turned that on its head. He welcomes sinners and says “you can belong with me until you believe in me and then I’ll help you become like me.””

Our mission statement is the core of that, a place of love, grace and compassion, providing space for the Holy Spirit to convict, to shine light in darkness, to speak truth, to experience Jesus’ deep desire for relationship and the transformation of lives for God’s glory.
