Refund Policy
Camp Chamisall operates on generous donations. Programs, staffing, food and budgets are based on registrations, as well as waitlists. We thank you for your consideration and understanding of our policies.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 15 days or more in advance of your selected week of camp will receive a full refund of registration fees less a $50 non-refundable deposit. Full refunds will be given for program options such as paintball and tuck. Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of your selected week of camp will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations received 6 days or less to the start of your selected week of camp are not eligible for refund of registration fees.
Removal from Program
No refunds will be provided for campers who are removed from programming for any reason once their week of camp has begun.
Medical
The Cancellations policy is applicable as above except in the case of illness* or immediate family emergency.
*A qualified physican’s note is required.
No Shows
All registration fees are forfeited for “No Shows”.
Partial Participation
All registration fees are forfeited for those that are unable to complete their week of camp.
